But if this is reliable news from this year, and they said "New pokemon game later on this year", then yeah, it has to be generation IV, due to how Pokemon has worked. New game ---> Remake ---> New Game ----> Remake ANd since a remake is coming out next month, it may just be a new game, unless it's another Mystery Dungeon or those other 2nd rate pokemon games, which I dread. Of course, if they said release later on this year, it will be in Japan, America and the rest of us who aren't in Japan will see it like 6 months later or so. Ideas for Generatin 5: Less legendary pokemon--it just seemed like in Generation IV, they just went crazy with the legends. There were just too many of them. Add more type combos like grass/steal or water/grass and make more pokemon of the types we don't have much of Combo moves---like I got that idea from the thread about Ash being a cheater, when Pikachu used Thunderbolt on Swellow. It would be a great plus for double teams, like certain moves, you can use on your partner, if your partner can take advantage of that move used on him, probably at the expense of a bit of HP or something. I heard from my friend. THERE WILL BE GEN V IN 2010 for japan

Deciding between Flying and Ground Posts: 92 Group: Members Member #229 Joined: Feb 3, 2010	Yeah, JAPAN. I live in the US, so 2011 it'll probobly some out for me. I like the idea of fouble team moves. Like how Pikachu's Thunder attacks are more powerful in the air, a flying pokemon uses Fly on Pikachu, flinging him/her into the air. Using Thunder while up there, pwnage in battle. And IV did have waaaay too many legends.

Pokémon Sunday has just revealed the announcement that many of us have been anticipating. Jun'ichi Masuda appeared on the show and formally revealed the first silhouette of a fifth generation Pokémon, which Jun'ichi Masuda said to be Z from the movie, with Pokémon Sunday indicating the reveal will be on February 21st, meaning we may get further details in CoroCoro next week. There's a picture too. of the silhouette.
